I might fire up pandora and work on some process documentation...its hard though

I have to monitor the 2 chat rooms to make sure we are taking escalations correctly and watching the queue backlog and make sure focus on that doesnt drift.
After 6 months I sort think I may actually start to understand what people mean when they talk about burning out. Weird feeling.
