job titles and more money. I also have got 5 people hired. I have one guy thats 22 years old - too damn smart for his own good. Comes in when he wants to and I havent had time to deal with it like I want but hes going to be dealt with soon. Hes starting to even frustrate the people on his team that hes friends with
