It came on quickly here, looked like it formed right over us rather than rolling in from the west like it normally does.

Since I look west, I can see the grey line of clouds rolling in when a storm comes. That didn't happen here. In fact, we had a mixture of building clouds and some sky just 15 minutes ago, then it started raining.
