Geez. I am on internal medicine now and we take care of all medical issues for the orthopod's patients.

Those dudes are kind of lame, like take care of your own patient! But I bet the hospital wants them operating 24x7, hello $$$. So internal medicine deals with most of the issues. (The orthopods still handle the post-operation surgery stuff but anything medical (hypertensiom, hypotension... we deal with)
