PMB, the point is that it would be easy for baseball to create a similar system to tennis.

And it would speed up the game because players cannot argue with a machine.

They could certainly do it for foul line calls and maybe balls and strikes if you wanted to go there. Not so sure they could do it on other types of

Balls and strikes absolutely need to be called by computers. Humans simply cannot get those right enough.
