it was like a leprachaun and a german beer wench mated, sort of, kind of? we all figured he lost a bet?
Yeah, well, he was back today. Pic (not great) this time!

What you can't tell from this picture is that there is a bell hanging from the skirt in the front that jingles as he walks....
