Do you want to know how strawberry beer sorbet is? It's quite good. We used brew free or die and the sour citrusyness was perfect with the berries.

I blended some of the mixture to get a more uniform texture because it was really kind of pulpy and I thought we'd lose too much volume if we strained. That's refreezing now.

The flavor is really good. Any really sweet fruit would work I think. *Recommended.*
