Youtube help, please: I currently have my uploaded videos set to Unlisted, so in order for someone to see the videos, I have to send them individual

If I set it to "private", does that mean that people can see the videos as long as they have subscribed to my videos?

I'm putting all of the baby's home videos on there so my mom and aunt can watch them - but as those are videos nobody else would be interested in (not that I want them out there anyway), I have them set to Unlisted and are emailing them links every time I upload a video. Just wondering if there's an easier way to do it.
