Yeah, I never heard of him before either. Which is not to say Hamilton will flame out, but he's still pretty far away from the majors.

Hamilton's not on the 40-man roster, and as I understand it, he still has one more year before he has to be put there to protect him from the Rule V. I don't see how it's make sense for Cincinnatti to bring him up in September a year early just to be a pinch runner.
