so say that they don't hire me cause of a bad credit check - are they obligated to tell me that is the reason?

Im curious - I know there are some dings but enough to be a concern? I don't think so but does the future employer?
this blows man. I hate that it can be used against me. I'd never steal - a bad credit report is not indicitive to my trustworthiness
