I used to, but mostly outdoor rabbits in traditional hutches. The one indoor rabbit I had ran free, slept on my bed and used a litter box.

I've seen the cool multi level ones and think if you just provide places for rabbits to lay under (they like concealment) they'll be happy. If the happen to jump up a level, that's a bonus.
