even just from google hits clips, I saw some people obviously don't know about the crackdowns on foreign investments, and their spewing is likely going to get in the way of their learning.
I heard a story last week (NPR, I think) re: a couple from the US living in Switzerland who had an awful time getting a mortgage from a Swiss bank, because they don't even want to deal with USers opening accounts anymore. too much paperwork and hassle.
