Oh! Great Portabello sandwich here - it is grilled and then on toasted ciabatta bread with spinich & pesto mayo - but what makes it really yum is it's

Marinated in Sun Dried Tomatoe Olive Oil before it grills - with teeny bits of the tomatoes still on the mushroom when it grills - they don't put any on the samdwich - it just gets flavored by the oil - and the sun drieds are used in other recipes - so it is their way of using the oil they come packed in I guess?

The only think I wish it did have was a bit of cheese - maybe Feta or Goat cheese - creamy yummy spread on the top or bottom of the grilled bread with the pesto mayo on the other.
