listen to on my own and not just when I'm in the car with her. Probably the thing that my daughter and I do the most together is her plugging in her ipod and playing me the music she likes. I like about 25%, can tolerate about another 50% of it and cant' stand the last 25% (mainly rap/hip hop stuff). I, in turn have basically taught her the history of popular music. She's actually very knowledgable for a teenager. It's a great thing we share.
