I'm pretty sure Obama isn't going to have trouble funding his campaign fully and will be able to do everything he wants. I don't see him having money issues that will prevent him from running every ad he wants to run. I imagine they'll both have a ton of cash left when the election is finished.

I know he's behind but I don't think it'll be a problem at all.
