My bus route passes by a KM Worldwide studio every day. When class is in session, it is a sight to behold.

They have picture windows, and do some stuff outside, so I can see everything they do. There's nothing these people don't do for training. Running. Jumping. Medicine ball. Punching. Kicking. Leaping. More running. More medicine ball.
When going full steam, these people look like those old school cartoon fight clouds that have feet, fists, stars and swirls sticking out of them and back in.
