Which is why millions of Californians like myself voted against it. No promise of full funding, and in the meantime...

Our state is wasting tax dollars we don't have to start building an infrastructure there is no guarantee of ever happening. And I'd really like to know how they plan on making some of those sharp turns at 300 MPH
