Turn or flip? Mine is a pillowtop so really can't be flipped, and it actually has a 'head' with extra support.

instead of turning it I just randomly sleep with my head to the wall or out into the room every few days.

PIllow tops usually can be turned. Yours is a mutant! Non PT can be flipped, even. -- nm

It can be turned, but it's relative to my sleeping position and not the box, right? Easier to just lay the opposite direction. -- nm
