I like the build up of tension till the climax when you realize the psycho killer is behind the camera not you the viewer

not bad really. I would suggest you avoid the vertical framing especially when it seems in another shot you didn't really need it. I did get a sense of gee I wish I could go there.

although you can't really spend a week waiting for the best light for each shot, keep an eye for bright sun light areas in anotherwise shady scene, as the contrast can be distracting, open soft shade is the best lighting for color images as most of your shots demonstrated.
