Excel help please. I need a formula to do this, please

This would be in C4. If a sum in B18 is below $4000, multiply the value in B4 by .22. If it's between 4000 and 8000, multiply the value by .25, if it's between 8000 and 12000, multiply the value by .28, and if it's over 12000, multiply the value by .3.

I can do a basic if then statemtn, just not sure how to deal with the 4 different conditions.
