just for the record - i am not dismissing being concerned with the relationship part of this issue

that is important and between those players. it's the constant mentioning of 'the pressure to win' being brought up that seems to be causing a lot of the angst that i don't understand.
but, apparently that's exactly it 'i don't understand', so god forbid anyone else tries to help them work it out.
