Reading more about it...apparently, some gal cut him off...which was getting in between him and a buddy. Honking and screaming ensued...

supposedly the cars stop and someone got out of the "victim's" car and threw something at Doom's Rover. So he got out of his car, dude got out of the 3rd car and both flashed guns at the person he threw shit. Driver got freaked out, sped away, called cops.
Some other witness reported the "thrown object" at Doom's Rover..."victim" left that part out.
