police, fire, govt services...all that funded in large part from tax revenue that's artificially capped.
Govt doesn't like to raise taxes, despite what you might think of liberals...cuz too much tax rate = they get shitcanned by angry voters.
But to limit their ability to do so is short-sighted and idiotic in times of true need...like now. And the fear that people will lose their homes from taxation...look around, people are losing their homes for so many other reasons, and having less govt safety net becuase of these limitations.
