Made this over the weekend, simple and good. Chicken breasts and bbq sauce in a crock pot...8 hours later...awesome!

I use thighs, a sliced medium onion, and chicken stock and add the BBQ sauce after I pull. -- nm

I did that yesterday with the addition of a can of diced Mexican tomatoes. -- nm
