primarily IRS and immigration. Scientologist concentrate on FBI and other legal regulatory agencies.
I still say there is an organized effort to bring in christian missionaries from all the countries we sent missionaries too all these years, they have fellow members in immigration, they sponsor them to come in.
they are making a point of settling them in swing counties of swing states (IE: my suburban county outside of seattle's king county, king is very strong democratic, but we're 50-50 and by tipping our county they can leverage state.) several midwest and east states like ohio are mostly red surrounding a deep blue but populous city.
