... forced it and claim all banks will be doing the same. You might want to check with your bank to see if there are changes afoot. 5/3 is by end of August. Anyone else already heard about anything?

I did see a newscast last night that major retailers are debating charging people to use credit cards. Not sure if that is related, but weird timing.
