...noted one toe -- my longest -- apparently distressed b/c I walk so much and slam it against the toe box, had the beginnings of this.
She sharpened an orange stick, taught me how to clean under the nail daily and apply Vics w/q-tips. After a month, she commented that improvement was visible.
