I guess I'm not one because I did the math and financially it doesn't work out. The argument against my ideas are going to be "labor."

Labor costs are too high. Gotta get that % down.

But I don't understand how that works. Giving poor service makes the business less money so you have even tighter margins to work with. And having a mere three employees when you are busy, that's providing poor service.

You obviously don't want to throw money at unproductive labor, so employees need to be trained/managed well.
