Often have three phone lines ringing, two people in the lobby, one person in the carry out window. While I'm also trying to cut things coming out the oven, and prepare wings. While also thinking I'm really supposed to be on two deliveries I'm dispatched on. All while also considering no prep work is getting done in the back.

That's a dreadful way to run a business.
