tonight I joined the fraturnity of souse chefs. after years of chopping cutting boning, dicing using real carbon steel knives and mandolines....

I sliced the tip of my f u finger...just a quarter inch circle off the finger p;rint. just a sting, quickly put a bandaide on it. go about my business. then notice omg there are drops of blood all over the place.

went through a couple paper towels, finally some guaze and tape. I actually did a wedding in the garden while holding my hand up over my head...I sorta looked like I was leaning on the arch like some douche at a party.
