is the cold ending in every episode that 'daring' dramas, particularly Mad Men, have adopted in the last five years. It's too "voila, look what I have wrought, let it seep into your mind until you behold my greatness." fuck you, the silence isn't because you wowed me, it's because I'm still waiting for the interesting part to happen.
