Absolutely. In vitro is elective. A doc has no obligation to provide it. And in this case it could be argued

that s/he wasn't paying to close to the Hippocratic oath.
That many babies in one pregnancy is extremely dangerous. Add to that the already large family size and it becomes an extremely risking, unnecessary procedure.
