gunman later entered. Wonder if it was the gunman who went outside and dressed and armed himself and then came back in? Isn't there generally some kind of alarm on emergency exits?

Her account of what happened was very powerful - she had EMT training and tried to stop and help a teenager who was badly wounded, but her survival instinct was too strong and she had to leave him.
