No way. In the summer you want the air to blow down so you will feel the breeze and feel cooler. Allows you to raise the temp on your AC

and safe electricity. In the winter you want ito the pull the air up since warmer air rises that way the warmer air is cycled back down. Allows you to turn your heat lower.
