we thin slice it, a pinch od salt, a drizzle of oil, micro wave on fresh veggie, think of it like broccoli, esp the stem part, my favorite -- nm

we grow it, i do it 2 ways. #1: peel, cube & bake like potatoes (good with onions, other root vegetables). #2- make a kohlrabi/ apple/ fennel slaw
