The other data that is needed: Are murders/accidental violent deaths lower in those states as well, or are other method simply used?

In other words: are gun deaths down but deaths are constant, or are overall deaths down?
(Deaths not including natural death and suicide of course. Just including death by violence and accidental self-inflicted death)
