"Federal Reserve SF calculated in 2010 goods �Made in China� accounted for 2.7% of US personal-consumption expenditures"

That seems low. Like 50%+ low. 2.7% really? Even considering that's 2.7% of goods and services and that services (which are 2/3 of consumption) are generally local, that would still mean that 'Made in China' is only 8.3% of goods personally consumed. That just seems awfully low.
