I love tilapia, and I find that I don't need much else on it - just a few seasonings - and it tastes delicious.

I usually go with lime and some soy sauce. I missed Taste of Chicago this year and didn't get my usual helping of BJ's mustard fried catfish

And on the diet thing...I'd stick with the tilapia. For me, catfish is really fishy tasting and battered and fried is the only way to go..but tilapia
