I love tilapia, and I find that I don't need much else on it - just a few seasonings - and it tastes delicious.

We have bought bags of frozen tilapia in the past, but I prefer fresh. Hopefully next time they'll have tilapia there and I won't grab the wrong thing by mistake! :)
