I'm sure many do. I rarely enroll insulins as the supplies on those can be wonky.

for example, one vial of insulin could last someone more than 30 days, but since 30 days is the most I could bill an insurance, if I auto-refilled that one, it would end up refilling way before the person needs it and complicate things.
of course, most maintenance drugs *should* be auto refilled but a couple time a day we get the "oh, I don't know why that refilled, I have plenty of it left, I don't need it!" which means you don't take your medication properly but we're not gonna say that.
