who zips a 35kb file???

with a .7z extension? I can't even open it!

because it's probably an .exe file and a ton of email systems won't allow those through the filters. Some even look inside .zips for them. -- nm

yeah. when you send suspect files to Norton or McAfee they require it comes as a zip so they can isolate open and check it out in a safe contained -- nm

sounds like old school (but I think some of the big shareware sites require stuff to be zipped, also its its an AV protection -- nm

It's compressed with 7 Zip. I use it instead of WinZip.
