This ever happen to anyone else? I've been sleeping a lot more lately.

I think it's because 1) I live alone now, for the forst time ever. Since it's just me in the house, it's pretty quiet all the time. And 2) it's winter, and it gets dark earlier.
I don't care about most TV that's on, ever, so I simply doze off.
I'm not sure how I feel about me sleeping more. It might be good for me, I feel good the next day. But things are usually more fun when I stay awake. :-/

When I lived alone I would nap after work, say 6-8pm and then stay up and sleep 4am-9am. It was heaven. -- nm

sometimes a change in sleeping patterns is a sign of depression. i mean, it's probably just that you're sleeping more and that's it
