There it is!! Okay now I can see where you are coming from.

It IS a yes or no question. AFTER all the facts are out (not in just a newspaper article) in a formal legal inquiry or jury trial.


I said I would tend to lean toward the cop over the known gang member considering who they are as people in our community. I also left room to change my opinion should the evidence show the cop was in the wrong.

The back can be justified because the article said he was reaching into his waistband. Assuming the cop is shouting hands up, hands up!!! And the guy reaches into his waist it would be justified, back facing him or not. You don't wait to see the gun.

If the facts show the cop to be a big fat liar, then he is a murderer and should be in prison.
