Let us discuss, legal, moral, etc: Our company sold a condo it owned in Miami in March. The electricity bill had been set up for automatic payment.

The accountant in charge of that property forgot to cancel the payments. So, we've been paying it for these last few months. She thinks we should ask the new owners to reimburse. I say it will never happen and it's not worth the hours to track them down etc etc. Just cancel it going forward and let them knwo through the agent that that has happened She's going to write to the agent to see what he can do about getting reimbursed.
What are the odds they reimburse us?
