Mine was that Bane once again was just the dumb muscle to Talia's planning.
But other than that, there is the idea that his back was fixed with a punch and some push ups. How did he know where to find Selena when he got back. How did he get back to Gotham with no money or ID? How did he get in to the city with it in lock down? Would Bane really take the time to take him to some other country to put him in the prison? Really? (I get the symbolism behind it though)
