Most parks let them in for free if they sit on your lap. If they want to sit in a seat you need to buy a ticket. -- nm

check the park - the two here say children under 2 are ok without one, as long as they sit on a lap. -- nm

Depends on the Stadium. In Philly children under 2 enter for free -- nm
