You can't really say "no" to a phenomenon that doesn't exist outside of fiction. :)

There are several different flavours of time travel.
For the most part, I like the TimeCop and Star Trek version (the TimeCop version is like the Star Trek one, except that when Person A and Person B touch, they mutually cease to exist). The Seven Days version leaves too many questions.
