From what's been said here, only one gun would have been illegal. The bomb stuff I don't know about.

He had not real record, and had no record of bad mental health. There was nothing preventing him from getting a gun.
And the NRA will use that enforcement thing regardless if it's true or not. They brought that up in an instance in Illinois where a spree shooter killed several people. He was prevented from buying guns legally, but the gun he used he purchased from someone who had purchased it legally.
