So it's not necessarily a bad thing?

I've lost 3 lbs. or so in the last week (my first week of watching what I eat/exercising). Yeah, I know it's all water weight, but still...

I'm surprised by that number, I had assumed it would be less, but I don't feel like I'm starving myself, so...
