ok, its true that far too many die because their illness could have been treated as a condition before it became critical....
however...
thousands also die from hospital mistakes, usually from wrong meds/wrong dosages. this is among the mostly employed and/or financially established, those with more access to information, additional family support.
Now with millions more entering the system, many of those who were not elligible due to financial, mental, emotional. I'm not saying being poor means being dumber, but being dumber tends to place you lower on the economic rage, being mental tends to limit your family support circle.
tie that in with a medical system being stretched to the limit...its formula guaranteed to kill more people by the same problems that been doing them already.
